ApexForm Life Pty Ltd (ABN 11 698 784 904) ("ApexForm Life", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through apexformlife.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who we are

ApexForm Life is a Western Australian company operated by Jake Wyatt. We provide self-development tools and content, including the Paradigm by ApexForm app and coaching and consulting services. You can reach us any time at now@apexformlife.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, send a message through our contact form, or email us, we collect your email address and any name, message content, or area of interest you choose to provide.
• Technical information. When you submit a form we record your IP address and browser user-agent string to help prevent spam and abuse.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Advertising and campaign measurement. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our pages to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site (retargeting). This works through cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your device, browser, and pages viewed. We do not send your email address or any other customer-provided data to LinkedIn through this tag.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not collect sensitive information through this website.

The Paradigm app is covered by its own privacy policy, presented during onboarding, which explains how voice recordings, reflections and AI-generated interpretations are collected with your explicit consent, how they are used, and how you can review, correct or delete them.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your message or application and discuss working together.
• To send you the updates, early access, or resources you signed up for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We will only send you marketing emails where you have opted in, and every email includes a simple way to opt out: just reply with "remove" or use the unsubscribe option.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run ApexForm Life, and only so they can perform their function for us:

• Resend: to deliver transactional and confirmation emails.
• Notion: to manage our contact and subscriber records.
• Google Analytics: for website analytics.
• LinkedIn: for advertising campaign measurement and retargeting via the LinkedIn Insight Tag (no email or customer-provided data is shared).
• Railway and Cloudflare: for website hosting and delivery.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States or the European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, primarily for Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (used for advertising campaign measurement and retargeting). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some analytics and advertising measurement will not be recorded.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit how long we keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email now@apexformlife.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the effective date shown above.
